    3. Scott # refers to the numbering system used by "Scott Publishing Co." in their stamp catalogue. This number is the standard reference number for a stamp. See their catalogue for more information regarding design numbers and stamp numbers.
    4. Telco uses the acronym used in the "Moneycard Collector Catalog" for the issuer of the card.
    5. MC # refers to the numbering system used by "Amos Press Inc." in their "Moneycard Collector Prepaid Phone, Cash & Transit Cards" catalog, Edition One. This number is the standard reference number for a phonecard. See their catalogue for more information regarding the phonecard numbering system.
    6. "Strip" refers to the position of the magnetic strip used on the back of the Phonecard to activate the card at the time of sale.

    8. Phonecard A61 had an additional 20 minuets time for a total of 80 minuets if purchased before 2/26/99.
    9. The cards showing specific expiration dates often have additional expiration times such as one year after last use.
    10. When a question mark appears in the table it indicates that the information has not been verified or is unknown.
